The learned APP make a categorical statement that till date the applicant is not arraigned as accused but he was called to the police station only to interrogate since his brother is arraigned as accused. In the wake of the aforesaid statement the apprehension expressed by the applicant is unfounded. It is however clarified that in case the investigating officer in any case decide to arraign him as an accused, before taking any further steps he shall give a 72 hours notice to him so that he can take recourse to proper legal remedy. 2.
Application is disposed off.
