A grievance was made by the Petitioner before the authorities for providing him required medical treatment and nutritious food, hot water etc. It is alleged by the Petitioner that those who are paying money to the jail official, they are getting good treatment and the said nutritious food and medical treatment.

The grievance of the Petitioner gives rise to the adjudication of disputed question of facts. In case, the grievance of the Petitioner still subsists, against the senior jailer of Kolhapur Central Prison, Kalamba, we direct the DIG (Prison) Kolhapur to look into the grievance of the Petitioner and take appropriate decision within a period of 8 weeks from the receipt of copy of this order and communicate the same to the Petitioner. lgc
