On perusal of the reasons stated out in the civil application, sufficient cause has been shown to condone the delay. However, Ms.Goswami submits that the applicant ought to have been more diligent and there is no explanation furnished for the delay. She points out that mere production of medical certificate is not sufficient in such matters.

Accordingly to me, sufficient cause has been shown to explain the delay. Besides, the application is accompanied by medical certificate. For all the aforesaid reasons, the delay is condoned. 4.

Civil Application No.631 of 2018 is disposed. (M.S.SONAK, J.)
