Gadkari,J.) dated 02.02.2016 in criminal application no. 412 of 2015 filed by the present applicant, seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail. By the said order criminal application no. 412 of 2015 had been dismissed in view of the earlier order dated 25.01.2016 passed in criminal application no.723 of 2014. It is, therefore, submitted that this petition is also rendered infructuous and that an appropriate order may be passed.
