The learned APP has tendered across the bar the report prepared and signed by Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

From perusal of the contents of column No.10 of the said report, it appears that, the Respondent Authorities have acceded to the prayer of the Petitioner and transferred him permanently from Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik to Sardarpur District Jail (Madhya Pradesh). It appears that the grievance of the Petitioner stands redressed. In that view of the matter, nothing survives for further consideration in this Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
