Issue notice to respondent. Learned APP accepts notice on behalf of respondent.
This is an application filed for condonation of delay of 231 days caused in preferring Appeal against conviction imposed upon applicant by the learned Sessions Judge, Thane for the offences punishable u/s.417, 494 of IPC.
Record reveals that applicant came to be convicted for above offences as aforesaid by the learned trial Court by its judgment dated 11th December 2015, and on applicant's

For the grounds mentioned in paragraph no.3 of the application, application is liable to be allowed as there does not appear to be intentional delay in filing the Appeal. Application is thus liable to be allowed in the interest of justice by condoning the delay caused in filing Appeal. Application is allowed.
