The learned counsel appears on behalf of Respondents and states that he is representing all the Respondents. He further states that Respondent No.13 has expired, however heirs of Respondent No.13 are already on record as Respondent Nos.14 to

19. Statement is accepted.

It is not necessary for the Applicant to take out further application, in view of the statement. Leave is granted to the Applicant to delete the name of Respondent No.13. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Subject to deposit of the entire amount as awarded under the impugned judgment and award within period of twelve weeks in the Reference Court, the execution and the implementation of the impugned judgment and award, is stayed till pendency of the First Appeal.

The Respondents are at liberty to apply for withdrawal of the amount deposited, upon furnishing security to the satisfaction of the Reference Court. Civil Application is disposed of.
