P.C. :- The Petitioner claims that her land came to be retained for Chandoli Reserved Forest. After retaining 65% of the compensation amount, till date no alternate land is given to the Petitioner inspite of several requests and representations. Therefore, the Petitioner is before us.

We direct the Respondent - authorities to consider the Writ Petition as representation and dispose of the same in accordance with the procedure contemplated, within eight weeks from today. 3.

Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of.
