The Family Court has directed that the custody of the son Ojas should be handed over to the Respondent/husband. We have interviewed the child, who is present in the Court. He is studying in 7th Standard and he has stated that he would like to stay with his mother. Therefore, the impugned order passed by the Family Court, Nashik dated 30th April, 2015 in Petition No.D-21 of 2010 is stayed.
