The Petitioner-Disputant's dispute was dismissed by reasoned order dated 14 September 2007, by reversing the order passed by the Court below.

This Court, while admitting the Petition, on 8 February 2008, refused to grant any interim relief, however, liberty was granted to the Petitioner to apply for appropriate relief to the Civil Court. No opinion expressed on merits of the matter.

In view of above, I am inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition by keeping all points open.

The Writ Petition is disposed of, with liberty. All points are kept open.

Rule is disposed of accordingly.
