By this Application, Applicant is seeking relaxation of bail condition.

It is the contention of learned Counsel for the Applicant that this Court (Coram : N.R.Borkar, J.) by an Order dated 20.12.2022 has granted bail to the Applicant. While granting bail, Condition No. 6(C) is imposed on the Applicant i.e. "The applicant shall not enter into the limits of Pune district except to attend the dates before the trial Courts, till conclusion of trial."

Learned Counsel further submitted that co-accused has been released on bail by this Court. In their bail order such type of condition has not imposed.

Learned APP submitted that appropriate order be passed. 5.

Considering the submission of both the learned Counsel, I pass following Order :

(i) Condition No. 6(C) of the Order dated 20.12.2022 is relaxed.
