On search Kotwal in Talathi Office told that Kedgaon is big city therefore they are unable to gave exact address of Respondent No.7."

The learned Advocate for Appellant is not aware about detailed address than mentioned in title. Thus, only option left open is to serve the Respondent Nos. 6 & 7 by way of substituted service.

The learned Advocate has taken out present Interim Application to serve Respondent Nos. 6 & 7 by way of substituted service.

In turn Interim Application No. 20633 of 2022 (for substituted service) is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), returnable by 06 weeks. The learned Advocate to do needful and necessary compliance.
