1] This petition was dismissed for non prosecution on 16th February 2016 but later on restored on 23rd March 2016. 2] On 6th June 2016, since none appeared for the petitioner, the matter was once again posted for dismissal. Today when the matter is called out again, none appears for the petitioners. Mr. Ashish Sen appears for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

3] In view of the aforesaid, the petition is once again dismissed for non prosecution.
