In pursuance of Order dated 20th October 2022, Dr. M. C. V. Maheswar Reddy, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone-X, Mumbai has filed a detailed affidavit dated 14th November, 2022. In para No.19 thereto, he has stated that, the investigation of the present crime is in accordance with law and in right angle and the investigating agency is taking steps as mentioned in earlier paragraphs of the said affidavit. It is further stated that, the investigation of the present crime is practically completed. 2.
Learned APP on instructions submitted that, Police will file final report as contemplated under Section 173(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 66th Court, Andheri, Mumbai within a period of three weeks from today. The said statement is accepted.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in the present Petition and is accordingly disposed off.

In view of disposal of Petition, Interim Application No.1107 of 2019 and Interim Application No.2349 of 2021 do not survive and are accordingly disposed off.
