This writ petition was filed by the petitioners' advocate on 3rd September, 2013. We have been noticing that the advocates are very casual in prosecuting petitions and as a result of which, such matters are awaiting admission for more than 5 to 6 years. 2.

Today, we find that when this matter was listed for dismissal, neither the petitioners nor the advocate is present. There are several orders of this court and in one such order, this court opined that the school management was not made party and apart from that, these managements are located in J.V.Salunke,P.S.

2-WP.9513.2013.doc Marathwada region, the jurisdiction over which is of the Bench at Aurangabad. We do not see, after such orders, this matter being taken up ever and argued for admission.

Now, having been already listed on more than 13 occasions, we were constrained to place this writ petition for dismissal today. Today, it is stated that Ms.Manisha Devkar is out of town and she is going to argue this matter. We are not concerned with her absence or presence for neither she has filed any vakalatnama nor she ever appeared in this matter on the previous occasion. It is Mr.Pakle who has been appearing on instructions of Mr.Belge or Mr.Belge himself. All that we find is that neither the petitioners nor the advocate are interested in arguing the matter.
