The petitioner is before this Court with a grievance that inspite of acquisition of her land by Respondent no.4 for the purpose of Chandole Reserved Forest and retaining 65% of the total compensation somewhere in the year 1999 but till date alternate land is not given to the petitioner. Right from the year 1999 they have addressed letters to Respondent - Sub Divisional Officer, Ichalkaranji Division and the same is not attended to. Tilak
