By this Application, Applicant is seeking relaxation of bail condition.

It is the contention of learned Counsel for the Applicant that this Court (Coram : N.R.Borkar, J.) by an Order dated 06.02.2023 has granted bail to the Applicant. While granting bail, Condition No.6(C) is imposed on the Applicant i.e. "The applicant shall not enter into the limits of Pune city except to attend the dates before the trial Courts, till conclusion of trial."

Learned Counsel further submitted that co-accused has been 1/2

S.S.Kilaje 45-ia-3182-23-ba-3144-22.doc released on bail by this Court as well as Sessions Court but in their Orders such type of condition has not imposed.

Learned APP submitted that appropriate order may be passed. 5.
