Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. The tender subject matter of this Petition was invited for supply of stationary articles and for doing printing work in the Financial Year 2014-2015 for Malegaon Municipal Corporation. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that it appears from the information furnished by the Municipal Corporation that the work order was never executed in favour of the successful bidder.

sng wp-10450.14 Obviously, no work order can be issued now in respect of the tender for the year 2014-2015. Hence, nothing survives in this Petition and the same is disposed of.
