Heard the learned Advocates for the parties. The learned AGP shall forward a copy of the letter dated 23rd March, 2021 and also a copy of the letter dated 3rd May, 2021 to the Advocate for the Petitioners by 29th November, 2021. The Respondent No.2 - Collector Thane, will give a hearing to the Petitioners on 3rd December, 2021 at 12.00 noon and the Petitioners will be at liberty to file Written submissions, if any before the Collector, Thane. The Collector will thereafter,pass a speaking order on or before 10th December, 2021. In the event of the order being adverse to the Petitioners, the same shall not be implemented upto 15th December, 2021. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. ( MILIND N. JADHAV, J.)
