Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The petitioner applied for grant of permission to construct a temporary monsoon shed on 07/08/2014 in terms of policy decision of the Municipal Corporation dated 30/06/2011. The Municipal Corporation granted permission to erect a temporary monsoon shed only upto 30/09/2014.

Considering the limited duration of the permission granted by the Municipal Corporation and the object of granting such permission, we find no error in the action of the Municipal Corporation of taking steps to remove the said monsoon shed . 4.

Hence, no case for interference is made out. Petition is rejected.
