Applicant is custodian of a minor child (son), who is informed to be about a year old. It is further brought to my notice that the travel distance to attend proceedings will be around 500 kms. In that view of the matter, ground of hardship is pressed. 4.

In response to the Court'

s query, counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is not receiving any maintenance. As such, ground of hardship is established.

That being so, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
