This Civil Application is for interim stay of the impugned decree directing the applicant to pay enhanced compensation for acquisiton of the property. The appeal has already been admitted. On the applicant depositing the entire decreetal amount in the trial Court within a period of 8 weeks from today, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
