Since none represented the Union of India, the matter was posted for hearing today. In the first session, matter was called out and it was informed that Mrs.Pai represent the Union of India. Since the learned APP present in the Court made a request that she is not available, the matter was kept in the post-lunch session At 3.00 p.m, when the matter is called out, counsel for Union of India is again absent. In such circumstances, this Court is left with no other alternative than to dismiss the present criminal Application.
