Learned counsel appearing for the Corporation submits that there are cross complaints by and against the petitioner and the respondent no.1.

It is submitted that the petitioner filed representation to Thane Municipal Corporation but no attention has been paid to it.

Without expressing any opinion, we observe that the respondent no.2 Thane Municipal Corporation shall look into the grievances of the contesting parties within eight weeks and arrive at a conclusion.
