By this application the Applicant has sought expeditious disposal of interim application in complaint No.37/DV/2015 pending before the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 12th Court, Bandra, Mumbai.

The learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos.2 to 5 submitted that the application is fixed for hearing on 7.1.2016.

The learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 12th Court, Bandra, Mumbai is directed to make every possible endeavour to dispose of the Megha 1/2

15_apl_1047_2015 said application as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of three weeks from 7.1.2016 and to dispose of the main matter within a period of four months from the date of the disposal of the interim application in complaint No.37/DV/2015. 4.

The application stands disposed of in view of the above order.
