The applicants were granted interim relief by an order dated 18.9.2017 and were directed to attend the Investigating Officer on stipulated dates. Learned APP. on instructions submitted that the applicants have attended the Investigating Officer on stipulated dates and has joined the process of investigation.

Perused the papers of investigation. The reasons for granting interim relief have been mentioned in the order dated 18.9.2017. After perusing the record of investigation, it appears to me that, for further investigation of the present crime, custodial interrogation of the applicants is not necessary.

In view thereof, interim relief granted by an order dated 18.9.2017 is hereby confirmed.
