Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Senior Police Inspector, Hill Line Police Station, Ulhasnagar, for grant of permission for organizing Sarvajanik Ganesh Festival from 2nd September, 2019 to 11th September, 2019. Leave with liberty as prayed for, is granted. The writ petition is disposed off as withdrawn.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter or decided the title of the property in question. The Senior Police Inspector, Hill Line Police Station, Ulhasnagar, shall take appropriate decision if the petitioner approaches him.
