Heard Mr. Thorat, learned Counsel for petitioner and Mr. Yadav, learned Counsel for respondent. 2.

This Contempt Petition is filed alleging the breach of undertaking given by the respondent in pursuance of the order dated 15.06.2015 passed by this Court in C.R.A.No.244 of 2008. Respondent gave undertaking to this Court that he will handover possession of the suit property subject to the order passed by the Apex Court. By order dated 17.08.2015, the Apex Court dismissed the S.L.P. preferred against the order dated 15.06.2015. 3.

Mr. Yadav states that respondent has handed over possession of the suit property to the petitioner herein. Mr. Thorat confirms the said fact.

As the respondent has handed over possession of the suit property, Mr. Thorat does not press this Contempt Petition.
