The only relief sought by way of the above Petition is that the Respondent No.2 i.e. Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee (for short STCS Committee) be directed to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner as belonging to Thakur-Scheduled Tribe. The Petitioner is working with the Respondent No.3 and his tribe claim is pending since 2004. We therefore direct the STCS Committee to hear and decide the Petitioner's tribe claim latest by 31-3-2019 by giving proper opportunity to the Petitioner. Until then no coercive steps to be taken against the Petitioner in respect of his service on the basis that he has not produced the caste validity certificate.
