CIVIL APPELLATE JURISDICTION CIVIL APPLICATION NO.585 OF 2014 IN CIVIL REVISION APPLICATION (ST.) NO.26950 OF 2014 (Housing Development Corporation Ltd. Vs. Balaram Mahadeo Gaikar) Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, appearances,Court's orders, or directions, and Registrar's Orders Court's or Judge's orders Mr. Vishal S. Tambat for Applicant.
CORAM : R. G. KETKAR, J.
DATE : 17TH JULY, 2015 P.C.:
Heard Mr. Tambat, learned Counsel for applicant. 2.
This is an application for condonation of delay of 3 years and 194 days in filing the Civil Revision Application. By order dated 05.11.2014, notice was issued to the respondent. Office remark shows that respondent is duly served and is represented. However, no reply is filed opposing the application. In view thereof and for the reasons stated in paragraph 18 of the application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out sufficient cause for condoning the delay. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). Office is directed to register the C.R.A., if it is otherwise ready. As far as the rest of the prayers are concerned, that will be considered at the time of admission of the Petition. Ad-interim order, if any, to continue.
