By this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has challenged the judgment and order dated 27.04.2015 below exhibit-77 as also the judgment and order dated 01.08.2015 below exhibit-78 passed by the learned 6th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane. By order dated 27.04.2015, the learned trial Judge allowed the application exhibit-77 and re-cast the issues and also framed additional issue. Application for review at exhibit-78 was made, which was rejected on 01.08.2015.

After arguing the Petition for quite some time, Mr. Patil, upon instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the Petition. He has tendered photocopy of Aadhaar Card of the petitioner, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr. Patil, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as withdrawn. Order accordingly.
