The learned Advocate appearing for the applicant at the outset itself states that after filing of the charge-sheet in the matter, Sessions Case bearing No.427 of 2017 is registered against the present applicant and the co-accused. It is pending in the Court at Court Room No.14 of the City Civil and Sessions Court, Mumbai. The learned Advocate further stated that the charge has already been framed and the case is now fixed for recording evidence and, therefore, it is appropriate to expedite the trial. The submissions so advanced is having merit and, therefore, the following Order :

(13)BANo.21532017 (i) The application is disposed of with direction to the learned Additional Sessions Judge presiding over the Court in Court Room No.14 of the City Civil and Sessions Court, Mumbai to expedite the hearing of Session Case No.427 of 2017 arising out Crime No.74 of 2017 registered with Vadala Police Station, Mumbai and complete the same within a period of eight months from today.
