Heard learned Counsel for Petitioner.

This Court by order dated 7th June, 2017 issued notice before admission to the Respondents returnable after four weeks. This Court also directed the Petitioner to serve the Respondent by private notice.

Office note shows that neither the Petitioner supplied copies of Petition to serve Respondents or filed Affidavit of Service to that effect.

The learned Counsel for Petitioner submit that inadvertently it remained on the part of his Clerk to take appropriate steps. He submit that Petitioner undertakes to provide
Yadav VG 2 7.wp.10515.15.odt. the copies of Petition in the Registry of this Court within one week from today.

Considering these facts, following order is passed.
ORDER
(a) One week's time is granted to the Petitioner to provide copies of Petition in the Registry of this Court for issuing notices to the Respondents, failing which, Writ Petition shall stand dismissed without reference back to the Court.
(b) If copies are provided within stipulated time as stated above, office is directed to issue notice before admission to Respondents returnable after six weeks.
(c) In addition to usual mode of service Petitioner is directed to serve the Respondents by private notice along with the copy of Petition either by Registered Post A.D. and/or by hand delivery and file Affidavit of Service to that effect within five weeks from today, failing which, Writ Petition shall stand dismissed without reference back to the Court.
(d) Stand over to 16th August, 2017.
