P.C.:- This is an Application for condonation of delay of 102 days in filing the present Revision Application.

Mr. Bhanage, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent opposed the Application and submitted that, proper explanation for condonation of such delay is not offered by the Applicant and therefore the present Application may not be entertained.

Perusal of Application would indicate that, sufficient cause for condonation of delay is made out.

In view thereof delay is condoned and the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
