Heard. By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner plaintiff challenges the order dated 17.07.2014 passed by the District Judge 1 Baramati in Misc. Civil Appeal NO.28/2011 setting aside the order dated 14.02.2011 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division Indapur below Exhibit- 5 in Regular Civil Suit No. 92/2010.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the Writ Petition, the said Regular Civil Suit is decreed by judgment and decree dated 30.04.2016.

In view of subsequent development, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. Same stands rejected as infructuous.
