Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed by consent :

i.

Suit filed by the Applicant being Special Civil Suit No. 80 of 2015 before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division at Panvel is transferred to the City Civil Court at Mumbai.

ii.

Special Civil Suit No. 80 of 2015 shall be heard along with the Short Cause Suit No. 3178 of 2014 by the learned Judge, City Civil Court at Mumbai. iii.

The learned Judge, City Civil Court at Mumbai shall allow the parties to complete their pleadings including filing of the Written Statement and is requested to dispose off the Suits within a period of 18 months. iv.

The above Misc. Civil Application is accordingly disposed off. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. )
