By this miscellaneous civil application, the applicant seeks transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No.93 of 2009, pending before the Family Court No.1, Pune to the Family Court No.3, Pune. By consent of parties, the miscellaneous civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (A). The learned Judge of the Family Court No.1, Pune is directed to transmit the papers and proceedings to the Family Court Pune No.3 expeditiously. Upon such transfer, the learned Judge of the Family Court No.3, Pune shall make an endeavor to dispose of Hindu Marriage Petition No.93 of 2009 expeditiously and not later than one year from today. Both the parties have agreed to co-operate with each other and also with the learned 1/2
16-mca236-15 Judge of the Family Court No.3, Pune in expeditious disposal of Hindu Marriage Petition No.93 2009 and would not seek any unnecessary adjournment. The statement is accepted. 2.
The miscellaneous civil application is accordingly disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

Both the parties are directed to remain present before the learned Judge of the Family Court N.3, Pune on 3rd March, 2016. The parties are at liberty to convey this order to the learned Judge of the Family Court No.3, Pune.
