1] This is an application for restoration of Writ Petition No.10992 of 2018 as well as Civil Application No.2160 of 2018 which were dismissed for nonprosecution by Order dated 16th August 2019. 2] The present application is filed within the period of limitation. Sufficient cause is made out for restoration of the Writ Petition and Civil Application.

3] In view thereof, the present application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
