Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants and the learned APP for the first Respondent. Perused page 13 of the application which shows that private notice sent by the applicants on 23rd August, 2016 has been delivered to the second Respondent on 27th August, 2016. Hence, there is substantial compliance of the direction of effecting service of private notice along with an authenticated copy of order dated 9th August, 2016. Accordingly, a case is made out for restoration. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b), (d) and (f). Restored application shall be listed on 17th November, 2016. (A.A.
