1] The Petitioners, who are teachers, have filed this Writ Petition seeking following reliefs :- "A) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a appropriate writ, order or direction thereby quashing and setting aside the Government Circular dated 14th November, 2017 Exhibit E hereto.

B) Pending hearing and final disposal of this writ petition, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to stay the operation, implementation and execution of the Government Circular dated 14th November, 2017 Exhibit E hereto.

C) Pending hearing and final disposal of this writ petition, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct respondent no.3 not to disturb the seniority list prepared prior to the implementation of the BGP. 1 of 2

Government Circular dated 14th November, 2017 on the basis of the said Government Circular dated 14th November, 2017 Exhibit E hereto.

D) Interim and ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C) above be granted.

(E) Costs of the petition be provided for.

(F) Pass such further and other reliefs as the nature and circumstances of the case may require.""

2] The Petitioners' counsel brings to our notice a judgment dated 9th April 2019 in Writ Petition No.14242 of 2018 and connected Writ Petitions. According to him, the issue raised in this Writ Petition stands covered by the Division Bench judgment. The Respondent's counsel does not dispute it.

3] We accordingly dispose of the Writ Petition applying the ratio in judgment dated 9th April 2019 in Writ Petition No.14242 of 2018 and connected Writ Petitions. Rule is accordingly made absolute in terms of paragraph 122 of the said judgment. [DAMA SESHADRI NAIDU, J.] [B. R. GAVAI, J.] BGP. 2 of 2
