The Respondent -workman was terminated in the year 2006. By an order passed in the year 2018 the Petitioner was directed to reinstate the Respondent-workman with full backwages. Revision against the said order was dismissed in the year 2019. It is stated that the proceedings under Section 48 of the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Union and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971, is pending before the Labour Court, Pune.

Considering that the Respondent -workman is out of service 1/2

Megha 29_wp_8503_2019.doc since 01/09/2006 parties are put to notice that an endeavour will be made to decide the matter finally at the stage of admission. Parties are directed to comply with paragraph 4 of order dated 04/08/2022 and file the calculation sheet in the registry on or before the next date of hearing.

Stand over to 23/01/2023. Interim relief, if any, to continue till the next date of hearing.

Since the petition itself is listed for hearing, the interim application stands disposed of.
