The Petitioner is before this Court with a grievance that inspite of acquisition of his land by Respondent No.4 for the purpose of Chandole Reserved Forest and retaining 65% of the total compensation somewhere in the year 1999 but till date alternate land is not given to the Petitioner. Right from the year 1999 they

2. WP 7798.17.doc have addressed letters to Respondent - Sub Divisional Officer, Ichalkaranji Division and the same is not attended to. We direct the Respondent - Sub-Divisional Officer, Ichalkaranji Division to consider the Writ Petition as a representation and dispose of the same within two months from today.

Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of.
