The learned Counsel for the applicant/wife and minor son in Criminal Revision Application (Stamp) No.481 of 2018 submits that today, Criminal Revision Application No.291 of 2018 filed by the husband against the present applicant, is also on Board. He submits that the applicants have sent notice to the respondent's advocate Himanshu Shinde, however, it has come back unserved. 2.

The learned Counsel for the respondent/husband is not present.

The learned Counsel submits that there is a delay of 92 days in filing the Revision application. He submits that the applicants are in financial difficulty as the respondent/husband has not paid any amount to the applicants. He submits that applicant No.2, their son, has recently passed the SSC examination and has taken admission in 11th standard and so, money is required for his expenses. Due to the financial constraints, the applicants could not file revision within time and hence, the delay of 92 days is caused and it is prayed that the same be condoned. 4.

None appears for the respondent, though his revision is also shown on board today.

In view of the above, the delay of 92 days in filing the revision is condoned. The Revision application be registered and listed on 30.1.2019.

The Criminal Application No.453 of 2018 is disposed of accordingly.
