Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner has filed this Contempt Petition alleging breach of the order dated 23.8.2017 passed by this Court in Family Court Appeal No.156/2016 preferred by the Respondent. The Petitioner has already preferred execution proceedings before the Family Court at Pune for executing the order passed by the Family Court in Petition No.C-23/2013.

In view of the pending execution proceedings, learned Counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of this Contempt Petition with a further prayer that direction be given to the Family Court, Pune for expeditious disposal of pending execution 1 / 2

35.CPST-24400-19.odt proceedings.. To that effect he has given his prayer in writing. Same is taken on record and marked 'X'

for identification.

Accepting the request made by learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Contempt Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such. Family Court at Pune is directed to expeditiously dispose of the pending execution proceedings between the parties at the earliest, and in any case, within a period of six months from today.
