Mr. Patil submitted that companion Writ Petition bearing No.5901 of 2016 is pending for admission. He further submitted that by order dated 11.11.2016, the learned trial Judge gave 5 days time to the petitioner for moving this Court for stay, failing which police protection order would be passed. He, therefore, got the papers produced.

In view thereof, list the Petition along with Writ 1/2
