Applicants were apprehending their arrest in crime no. I-146 of 2018, registered with Nizampura Police Station, Bhiwandi, Dist. Thane for offence punishable under section 420 and 197 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. By order dated 04/09/2018, interim protection was granted to the applicants and it was directed that in the event of arrest of the applicants, they be released on bail on their

2 953.1785.18 aba.doc furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- each. The learned Advocate for the applicants submitted that interim order dated 04/09/2018 was executed on 31/10/2018, however, bail bond is not executed before the Court. On 02/11/2018, police have filed charge-sheet against the applicants. It is therefore prayed that interim order dated 04/09/2018 may be confirmed or the Court may pass appropriate order.

It is noted that charge-sheet is already filed and the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. Interim order was passed by assigning reasons on 04/09/018. In the circumstances, interim order dated 04/09/2018 is confirmed.

Application stands disposed of.
