The prayer of petitioner is for demolition of the unauthorized construction. The Petitioner states that the person 1/2

The matter has been fled somewhere in March, 2017. However, the afdavit paper shows that the same was ready in September 2016.

The complaint made by the petitioner at Exhibit (A) reveals that the grievance was made on 5th November, 2011.
