ORDER :

The applicant has challenged the impugned order whereby the Committee refused to grant Caste Validity Certificate though the petitioner's father, two sisters and one brother have already in receipt of the same being belonging to Hindu Khatik. 2.
This Court on 3rd April 2014, granted ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (f) and (g). The applicant accordingly

Therefore, at this stage, by keeping all defences open and with a clear rider that the applicant shall not claim any equity and will be subject to further orders of this Court, we are inclined to direct respondent no. 4 - University to declare Final BDS Semester-II result forthwith.
