Perused the Orders passed by this Court dated 11 th January, 2019 and 25 th January, 2019. The Advocate for the Petitioner has produced the disclosure of Advocate Namdeo Maruti Pawar dated 22 nd January, 2019 filed under Section 11(8) read with Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended by the Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Act No.3 of 2016). The following order is passed :- (i) Advocate Mr. Namdeo M. Pawar is appointed as a sole Arbitrator to decide the disputes between the Petitioner and the Respondents arising out of the Franchise Agreement dated 5 th March, 2012.

(ii) The disclosure of Advocate Namdeo Maruti Pawar is taken on record. (iii) The venue of arbitration shall be at Pune.

(vi) The Advocate for the Petitioner shall serve a copy of this Order on the Respondents at their last known addresses by Speed Post/Registered Post A.D. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. )
