On instructions obtained in Court Mr Gole states that the Petitioner will vacate the premises in question by 30th September 2023. We accept that statement as an undertaking to the Court. 2.

Mr Gole also states that the Petitioner will not apply for an extension of time to any court under any circumstances. That statement is also accepted as an undertaking to the Court. 13th September 2023

If there is non-compliance, the Municipal Corporation is at liberty to forcibly remove the Petitioner with the assistance of police and also to disconnect all services such as power and electricity. That is to be done only if there is non-compliance by 6 pm on 30th September 2023.

The Petition is disposed of in these terms. No order as to costs.
